REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Online Policy:
For all online sales we will accept goods back into stock for a full refund within 28 days of purchase as long as the goods are returned as originally sold with all original packaging and labels intact. Original proof of purchase is needed to verify the 28 days. Outside of this period we will provide an exchange or credit note as long as the goods are returned as originally sold with all original packaging and labels intact. Sale items can only be returned for an exchange.
In Store Policy:
Our returns policy now offers the ability to obtain a refund on goods purchased on or after the 1st January 2018 within 28 days of purchase. All purchases made within store can now be returned within 28 days for a full refund as long as the goods are returned as originally sold with all original packaging and labels intact. Original proof of purchase is needed to verify the 28 days. Any returns made outside of the 28 days will receive an exchange or an in store credit note only. Note that our credit notes are limitless in life span.
Items that cannot be returned under either Policy:- Any item which has been specially ordered or manufactured at your request or personalized/bespoke in nature.
- Underwear
- Socks or tights that have been removed from their original sealed packaging
- Mouth guards
RETURNING GOODS
You are more than welcome to return any goods ordered through our website into
us in store. Alternatively, should you be posting goods back to us then please remember to keep your proof of posting for
your reference. If we have sent your
order out incorrectly or any items are faulty/damaged, then we will
refund the relevant delivery costs for those items. Please note that where items are not being returned due to fault, that we will not cover the cost of any return postage in line with the
Distance Selling Regulations 2000.
FAULTY GOODS
Goods
returned as faulty within 6 months from the purchase date will be
inspected in store. Every instance is dealt with entirely independently and where a manufacturers fault is found the item will
be refunded or replaced as applicable/requested. If there is any disagreement as
to the cause of the fault then, at the discretion of management, we are
able to return the item to the manufacturer for them to analyse and provide us with their conclusion. Any items returned as faulty after 6
months of purchase will only be considered at the discretion of G & S by
Valentino Ltd.
METHOD OF REFUND
If goods are returned and accepted as faulty then a refund will be
authorised and it will be made via the same payment method as you used
to purchase the item originally.

STATUARY RIGHTS
Your statutory rights are not affected by our Refund & Returns policy and you will have the benefit of them too. Your
